| i do that, but in privates leagues only, and only for league and cup matches, to get the most manager points as possible. for me, the XCL is whole other game. in it, i can use my "winning tactics" and i can experiment against stronger teams, and so far it has been very successful. |

| tbh, i think i know how to win games on the whole, but the way to do that doesn't reward you manager skill wise. atm i'm too concerned about getting my rank up so i can get a decent team, that i can't experiment with that stuff, but i'm 90% sure my theories are correct... |

and i just realised, what you are talking about being a good manager, but manager skill not reflecting it is just like me in chess!!! i am one of the best juniors in the country, but my grade is just shit. it's a sad feeling
