Youth Power is a League with group stage and play-offs, and there will be a special rule, all teams should only buy under-20 players, so as a first step, after getting new teams, we'll sell all players over 20 and replace them with players under-20(for the first season of the league), then for the entire future of the league we'll only buy U-20 players, no matter their skill or special qualities.
You can develop players since 16 years of age to their retirement, doesn't matter, but you can buy only U-20 players.
Ages accepted : 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20.
NO NEW teams allowed.
If someone buy players aged over 20 years old, he have to sack the player immediately, or face the sack himself.Let's be fair play with the others.
