Looking Dire for Hammers
In a thrilling encounter at home, Sigmar Hammers fell short against Lightnights, losing 2-3. The match began with high intensity as both teams aimed to take control early on. Lightnights struck first with a well-placed shot in the 10th minute, putting the visitors ahead. Sigmar Hammers fell further behind shortly after the interval but responded quickly in the 61st minute with a close range shot.
However, Lightnights extended their lead once more two minutes later and although the home side pulled another one back with 20 minutes more to play the visitors defense held firm, securing a hard-fought victory.
Both teams showcased excellent skills and determination, but it was Lightnights who ultimately emerged victorious in this five-goal thriller.
