"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."
|
The football has followed me throughout my entire life. From being one of Sweden’s most promising youth players (the interest for the female sex took too much focus from needed training!) until today’s youth team trainer role.
The tactical part of the game as well as the engagement in working with players growth potential and team building activities will probably be a major part of my life until it's time to retire for the eternal rest.
In X11 I've managed to take my team Bajen Avalanche from division 5 to division 1 in only 7 seasons in Xpert League. I also managed to take my Bajen Avs to the highest league. I successfully coached this team to two consecutive Xpert League Cup titles and have had the honor to play two seasons in XCL with pretty good result.
In August 2007 I reached my own highest X11 manager rank when I was ranked 2nd in the whole Xpert Eleven and stayed top 5 for several weeks.
I gained new motivation when I took on a new challenge in November 2007. I wanted to see if it is possible to do the same journey today as I managed to do with my Bajen Avs when I first joined Xpert Eleven in June 2004. To take a team from the lower divisions (div.6) in Xpert League up to the very highest division in 8-10 seasons. So, the journey starts all over again with my team Bajen Avalanche. A project called “The Avs return ticket”... ------------------------------------ *Fair play - The only way* |
